Marcus Grimshaw

CEO

Marcus Grimshaw is the co-founder and CEO of Fiducia.

He completed a 2 year Chairmanship of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) during which he implemented high standards of regulation and practice within the brokering industry and played a key role in launching findSMEfinance. He has also previously sat on the board of directors at the Openwork Partnership (LLP).

Marcus is also in regular attendance at Old Trafford supporting Manchester United.

Anthony Scott ACIB DipPFS

Managing Director

Anthony is Managing Director of the Fiducia Group and responsible for the overall running of the various businesses on a day to day basis.

He holds both the ACIB and the Diploma in Financial Planning.

Anthony is an author having written ‘On Ashover Hill’ and ‘The Birthday Gift.’ He loves to spend time with his family, blog, take photos, read and watch plays and live music. He is a keen tennis player and runner.

Cherie-Caygill-Smith-BW

Cherie Caygill-Smith

Finance Manager

Following a successful career with a successful gas & electricity provider, Cherie has an extensive financial and customer service background. 

Cherie has taken all of this experience and put it into her role within The Fiducia Group where she works as our Finance Manager.

Outside of work Cherie loves spending time with her family and friends, family holidays and going on walks in the Peak District.

Karen Hill

Practice Manager

Karen joined Fiducia as Wealth & Pensions Manager in 2022 and is here to not only support her team but our clients in achieving their financial goals and having the best experience possible. She has 16 years’ experience working within the building society sector, 11 of those managing branches and their teams. Karen is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and welcomes all feedback from clients to help her and her team deliver a 5* service. 

Out of work Karen enjoys spending time with friends and family.  She is an avid reader and enjoys anything from biographies to thrillers.  Karen enjoys the theatre, music and cinema as well as exploring the UK.

Claire B&W

Claire Cunningham

Senior Administrator

Claire has worked in administration for the last 6 years. Her organizational skills and her strong eye for detail make her a great fit for working with the advisors here at Fiducia.

Claire is very keen to develop good working relationships with all our clients, both the mortgage clients and our wealth clients.

Away from the office Claire loves spending time with her 4 adult children. Her day-to-day routine includes long country walks with Flora and Connie, her two labradors. Being Sunderland born and bred, her overriding passion in life is her beloved Sunderland AFC. Claire is a season ticket holder and travels both home and away following the team.

Neal Handley-Sawer DipPFS

Financial Adviser

Neal has worked at Fiducia since May 2018, having previously worked at NatWest Bank for the 10 years prior to that.  He started as part of the admin team, and after a couple of years had taken and passed my exams to step up to his current role of Financial Adviser.  Neal has since taken his Specialist Licence exams and is able to advise on Inheritance Tax products and other business relief investments, as well as pensions and investments.

Outside of work Neal spend lots of time going to gigs (some bands you may have heard of, many you won’t have done), comedy nights, cinema and occasional nights at the theatre, along with eating out way more than is good for him.  Neal got his first tattoo at the age of 58, thanks to an FA Cup victory by Crystal Palace.

David Billington DipFA

Financial Adviser

David joined Fiducia after 17 years in various customer serving roles. During this time , after navigating his own Investments, he found that he had a passion for Financial Planning as well as recognising the importance of a sound financial plan.  He also saw a need for simplifying what can be a complex area and this is what he hopes he can offer his clients. 
 
Out of work, David is a fast becoming a keen gardener with regular weekend trips to Garden Centres with his partner, Gabby. Once the garden has been tended to, David can be found enjoying the fruits of his labour relaxing with a book and a glass of wine. He also enjoys hosting social gatherings where he can be found manning the BBQ or Pizza Oven and topping up his guests’ drinks. David is also a Spurs fan, just to stop him enjoying his whole weekend

Iryna Konoshenko CeMap CeRER DipFA

Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Iryna is an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser with a strong background in helping clients secure the right solutions for their home and financial protection needs. Fully qualified with CeMAP, CeRER, and DipFA, she offers whole-of-market advice tailored to each individual’s goals and circumstances. Whether guiding first-time buyers or supporting clients with complex needs, Iryna is known for her calm, friendly approach and commitment to making the mortgage and protection process clear and stress-free.

Outside of work, Iryna loves to travel, enjoy long walks, and is always on the lookout for new passions to explore.

Dominika Karasinska CeMAP

Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Dominika has worked in financial services for the last 12 years and is well known within the Polish Community.  By using her knowledge and experience, Dominica makes her clients dreams come true.

Dominika is very passionate about her job and her positive approach helps her build long term relationships with her clients, with them knowing that she will always do her best for them whether that is helping them with a mortgage or ensuring they have the correct level of protection.

Outside of work, Dominika is constantly on a football pitch with her 2 young footballers!  She loves to travel the world and learn about new cultures.  She is a huge animal lover and especially a dog lover owning her own French bulldog.

Steven Hallott CeMAP

Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Steven has over 15 years’ experience of providing mortgage and Protection advice. He is passionate about helping customers through the house buying process and going that extra mile for customers.

He can help with any mortgage need whether you’re a first-time buyer, home mover or wanting to review an existing mortgage.

Steven is married with 3 children and has a keen interest in football. As well as playing football with his boys he is a fully qualified football coach and manages 2 children’s teams.

Beverley has worked in  building management and facilities roles for both the public and private sectors for over 20 years.

She is a certified member of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM)

Outside of work, Bev enjoys spending time with her partner, daughter and attending rock music concerts!

Sue Jenkins

Facilities Coordinator

After 26 successful years working within retail management, we welcomed Sue to the team in 2015 and she currently works as the Assistant Manager for Aura Business Centre.

She ensures the day to day tasks and facilities are all running smoothly and is loved by all of the tenants.

Sue has a passion for Nottingham Forest Football Club, attending both home and away matches. Her hobbies include dining out, going to the cinema and spending time with her husband, daughter and new puppy Loki.
